Please note that between 6.30pm and 8.15pm on Wednesdays and Saturday mornings the surgery is only open for 15 minute pre-booked appointments with a doctor and is not open for walk-in patients or for other matters.
Please note also that the surgery is closed on Fridays between 1.00pm and 3.00pm

How to make an Appointment:All consultations are by appointment, which are booked at 10 minute intervals, although longer appointments are available for more complex problems. You can see the doctor or nurse of your choice although for reasons of continuity it may be better to stick with one doctor as far as possible.
Making an Appointment: If you require an appointment on the same day, please telephone the surgery before 10.30am. Alternatively you can book your appointment online.
In addition, morning & afternoon appointments can be booked up to 4 weeks in advance with the doctor of your choice.

Appointment Timing: The doctors try to keep to time but this is not always possible due to the complexity and seriousness of some conditions. We therefore request your patience in such circumstances.
If you are late for an appointment: You may be asked to re-book, or, if the problem is urgent, wait until the end of surgery to be seen.
How to cancel an Appointment:If you cannot keep your appointment with the Doctor or Nurse, please view the methods available for cancelling your appointment.
It is really important to let us know if you need to cancel, because it enables us to offer your appointment to someone else.

New Telephone Appointment System from Wednesday 2nd May 2012:We are introducing a new telephone appointment system for when a same day appointment is required. When you telephone the surgery a receptionist will confirm your details and give an approximate time as to when a Dr or the Nurse Practitioner will return your call. Pre-booked appointments with any doctor will be available in the afternoons. Patient Survey Results 2011/12:The results and action plan for our 2011/12 Patient Survey are now available. Patient Contact Details:It is essential that we have your up to date contact details including home and mobile telephone numbers. Please advise us if you think we may not have the correct information. New Registrars:Our current Registrars are Dr Aamir Ehsan & Dr Isabel Evans (started 1st Feb). Both will be with us until the end of July 2012. Travel Services:We offer a full range of travel health services. Online Appointments:It is now possible for you to make an appointment with your Doctor online. Patient Participation Group:The practice has an active Patient Participation Group. If anyone is interested in joining the group please write to David Griffiths, Business Manager. Are your Medical Records Up-to-Date ?We would be grateful if you would take a few minutes to fill out our online Questionnaire.
