How to make an Appointment:

All consultations are by appointment, which are booked at 10 minute intervals, although longer appointments are available for more complex problems. You can see the doctor or nurse of your choice although for reasons of continuity it may be better to stick with one doctor as far as possible.

Making an Appointment: If you require an appointment on the same day, please telephone the surgery before 10.30am. Alternatively you can book your appointment online.

In addition, morning & afternoon appointments can be booked up to 4 weeks in advance with the doctor of your choice.

The number to call for an appointment can be found above.

Appointment Timing: The doctors try to keep to time but this is not always possible due to the complexity and seriousness of some conditions. We therefore request your patience in such circumstances.

If you are late for an appointment: You may be asked to re-book, or, if the problem is urgent, wait until the end of surgery to be seen.

How to cancel an Appointment:

If you cannot keep your appointment with the Doctor or Nurse, please view the methods available for cancelling your appointment.

It is really important to let us know if you need to cancel, because it enables us to offer your appointment to someone else.
